  12. I just installed another 4MB in my A3000 (I had 8MB before) and
  13. now it behaves very strange when booting. If anyone have a theory
  14. about what it might be I'd be most obliged if he/she would
  15. send me an email about it.

  17. At first it loaded the Kickstart successfully from the HD but
  18. when it tried to boot the system from the same HD it gurued.
  19. (Guru: 80000003, 0073a???    I can't recall it exactly at the moment)
  20. I tried to use a WB diskette and the same thing happened. Then I
  21. used the Install3000 disk and _it_worked_! I could access the HD
  22. normally and had 12MB mem. Then I tried to boot from WB diskette and
  23. HD and got a Guru. I repeated the same thing several times.

  25. Suddenly the WB diskette worked. Testing HD == Guru. Testing, testing,
  26. testing. Diskette works, HD gurues. Giving up!

  28. Why does one media work, but not the other?

  30. Any educated guess, theory or similar experiences will
  31. be _very_ appreciated. Please email me to save bandwidth.
