  22. │was about to be commissioned. The final step in the saga was

  24. │installing 4M of SCRAM, bringing the total to 2M chip, 8M fast.

  28. Hi,
  29. Have you removed that SCRAM and tried to reboot?  Before you do check and
  30. doublecheck that the SCRAM is installed in the correct sockets, if they are
  31. not the machine will not boot, matter of fact it acts just like you said. It
  32. also will act that way with a bad SCRAM chip.
