- I ran UUCP on 1.3 until a couple of days ago, without incident. I have had a
- couple of bad blocks appear on the disk over time...(nothing lasts forever -
- life is a battle against entropy).

- I suggest you buy a copy of Quarterback Tools - it will allow you to fix
- errors when they appear, and it will allow you to mark bad blocks which
- appear so that Bad Things do not happen. It is real cheap insurance.
