  10. I need to zero partion #0 of my SupraDrive500XP, and I have
  11. the SupraFormat Series III software, but it is radically
  12. different that Series II, and they gave me Series II docs
  13. with it.  The tech support line is dead, and I don't want
  14. to accidentally erase partition #1 by selecting thethe
  15. wrong gadget.
