  18. Wipe out what people?  You have your hatred of murder aimed at the wrong
  19. people.  No one was "wiped out" dude.  Both have since been shown to be
  20. justifiable and shown that the lives of non-combatants were protected and
  21. respected (except in one case of a soldier who was later charged with and
  22. convicted of rape.  Would THIS have happened in those other countries!).

  24. Also, they were hardly "wars"...  there was never any declarations by either
  25. official governments (Noriaga had lost the election, he was not officially
  26. recognized as Panama's leader.  The properly elected officials ASKED the US
  27. for help.)
