  12. My father has a HAM radio with a serial port.  He bought it under the presumption
  13. that he had seen a program that allows you to connect HAM Radio via the
  14. serial port, and tune in on the weather satellites.  I vaguely remember seeing
  15. something to that effect a while ago also, but I have yet to find it.
  16. Does anyone know if such a program exists or not, and where I can find it?
