  12. I recently purchased a 2.04 ROM for my A500 with a revison 5 motherboard.  
  13. When I got the ROms it said to connect a jumper between pins 1 and 31.  I 
  14. did that and the ROM didn't work.  I called the company from which I bought 
  15. the ROM.  They said to try a ROM switcher.  So I purchased an ICD Kickback 
  16. ROM switcher.  It still didn't work with or without the jumper.  So I called 
  17. ICD tech support and they said the ROM must be defective.  So I called to 
  18. get a replacement ROM, it came i nthe mail, and it still doesn't work.  I am 
  19. in need of someone who can tell me what is wrong and what I should do to fix 
  20. it.  Anyone's help will be greatly appreciated.
