  14. Yes - the IV24 does act as a deinterlacer for the WB, as well as providing
  15. 24-bit output, framegrabbing, PIP and (with the analog unit) some format
  16. compatibility which is really quite nice (video formats - composite, rgb,
  17. svhs, etc). I own one, and I like it quite a bit.
