- Oh, but you can. :)
- You just can't display them on a standard Amiga in 256 colors
- (unless you have the New 4000 or 1200 models). What you can do is
- load your GIFs into various software pkgs and convert them into
- some native Amiga mode, like 16 dithered color hi-res or HAM.
- Or you can connect a third party hardware display device to your
- Amiga and view them in 256 or more colors, and there are various
- hardware display devices that can do this, for various amounts
- of money, like DCTV, Firecracker, OpalVision, IV-24, etc. etc.

- Your cheapest solution would be a simple software conversion
- program. Your most expensive solution would be an Amiga 4000. The others
- all fall somewhere inbetween :)
