  19. NComm can do that (look under Translate and Charset, see the text with 
  20. "SF7" and "IBM"?).
  21. But the last time I took a look at JR-Comm it didn't have the 
  22. possibility to change between different translations. If you wanted 
  23. scandinavian characters you would have to edit your own keymap and use 
  24. a special font.
