- True indeed. That electrical signal has entered my property. I also have a
- right to know who is signaling me - same as having a right to look out my
- door and see who is there. If you want to talk to me, I want to know who
- you are, otherwise, don't bother - you've a right not to call too.

- Actually, the phone company keeps records on all calls anyways, so caller ID
- is nothing new. It just places the info in the users hands immediately,
- instead of a short wait on the phone company records.
