  23. Huh?  31k??  Typical port speeds are 9600 19.2k 38.4k and 57k.  Besides
  24. having RTS/CTS enabled in your comm software, you have to ensure that
  25. your serial cable has those lines wired.

  27. Maybe you should tell us what term software you are using and what
  28. Zmodem protocol you are using. (xpr, internal, etc.)
