  12. OK, this is something I just noticed.  I run CPUblit from my WBStartup
  13. drawer, and I also leave my computer running for weeks at a time without
  14. turning it off; often I don't reboot for days at a time.  I've noticed
  15. that after a reboot, running Term 2.4 once is fine -- CPUblit does its
  16. thing.  Now, I run Term in a 16 color screen, so without CPUblit, the scrolling
  17. would be slow, and there'd be rainbow trailers everywhere.

  19. After quitting out of term, and several hours of doing little or nothing with
  20. my Amiga, I might want to run term again.  So I fire it up, everything is OK.
  21. Scrolling seems a little bit slow, though.

  23. If I run term a third or fourth time, CPUblit seems to not do the right thing.
  24. According to TaskX, CPUblit is still running; I can kill CPUblit and start it
  25. up again with no luck.  Term's scrolling slows WAY down and that rainbow text
  26. scrolling is back with a vengeance.  Rebooting my machine fixes the problem --
  27. for a while.  Mind you, I don't mind rebooting my machine once in a while to
  28. insure that it's not having random memory locations getting trashed by some
  29. ill-behaved apps.
