- I am using Audition 4 to make sound samples into instruments for Sonix.
- As you probably know, Audition has a provision to save samples as 1 3 or 5
- octave Sonix instruments. They when I try to load some of these into the
- Sonix instrument requestor, some will load and others will not. I can
- get some of them to load if they have 3 octaves, but others will not load
- at all. Also, some will only play the white keys of the scale, not the black.
- keys.
-
- What am I doing wrong? I can't see a correlation to file size, does Sonix
- have problems with certain sounds? I have a 500 with 2 meg and a hard drive.
- Is it that I'm out of chip ram? IF so, why doesn't it say so? WHat gives?
- Could anybody with some expereince offer me some advice on the vagaries of
- making Sonix instruments work?
-
-
- And is that new version od Deluxe Music ever coming out? I like the idea of
- MODs, but am totally baffled by MED. It's the wierdest interface I've ever
- seen, and I can't make heads or tails out of it. Oh, and is there such a
- thing as a converter between, say, sonix and med files?
-
-
- Thanks in advance...
