- Having printed a few small booklets with Pagestream I think I understand
- the original poster's problem. He wants to print two "pages" of his booklet
- on each side of a sheet of paper. Then he wants to stack the sheets he
- printed, fold them down the center to make a booklet, and have the pages
- numbered in the right order.
-
- For a four page booklet it's trivial to do by hand. You put page 4 on
- the left side of side 1 and page 1 on the right side. Then you turn the
- paper over and print page 2 on the left and page 3 on the right. For an
- eight page booklet you would print as follows:
-
- Sheet Side Left Right
-
- 1 1 P 8 P 1
- 1 2 P 2 P 7
- 2 1 P 6 P 3
- 2 2 P 4 P 5
-
- How can you make Pagestream automatically put two different page numbers
- on the same sheet? How can you get it to put the page numbers in the right
- sequence? Since you're so sure it's in the manual, perhaps you could point
- me to a reference. I'd sure like to read how Pagestream does that.
