- Any reason why we shouldn't simply use `/' or even `.'? They would at
- least indicate that the sprite has something to do with a directory.
- One could use .dirsprite or /dirsprite for the big icon and use
- ..dirsprite or //dirsprite for the small icon. That would solve the
- 12 character limit on small directory sprite names.

- `.' is probably best as it can *never* appear in any RISC OS filename.
- Non-nfs users need to bear in mind that `.' and `/' are transposed by
- the nfs filer.
