  23. Personally, i think that RISCiX is overpriced, and comes with too much...
  24. if Acorn got rid of the Motif / X.desktop bundle, and perhaps made NFS,
  25. TCP/IP (is SLIP available under RISCiX??) and similar optional, I'm sure
  26. that for about 100 pounds for the base package, I'd buy it.....

  28. (I've been told that Motif sources cost #1000 on their own, so how much is
  29. it for a binary distribution, i.e. how much could Acorn knock off the
  30. price if they dropped Motif??)
