- But remember who he is taking to court - Impact Software (the Fourth
- Dimension). This same company has just forced a game called Cascade to
- be withdrawn because of its similarities to 4D's Cataclysm game, so it
- seems fitting that this action is being taken. Remember that this is
- business we are talking about.

- I believe the action is not because the game itself is similar to Elite, but
- because of the type of scanner display which it uses.
