- Once marketing had identified the correct course of action all work on the
- implementation of solid dragging stopped. We concentrated on other work (to
- get the project finished on time!). Since solid dragging is not a
- 'supported' feature I think it is unreasonable to complain about its
- inconsistency.

- In general you are 'right' it is a shame that loads of ideas for
- improvements were 'left out' of RISC OS 3, however we are a commercial
- company and as such we MUST release products on time and on budget. We will
- keep working on things and taking user feedback but we must consider our
- primary market (education) first, and we must remain viable and solvent as a
- company.
