  17. The 'enlightened upgrade policy' may, I fear, be changing slightly.
  18. According to the November issue of Archive which I received yesterday,
  19. Impression 2.18 (which supports rendering of Artworks files) will only
  20. be free to owners of Artworks. Others will have to pay a small (?) fee
  21. of around ten pounds (this price is not definate).
