- Don't hold your breath. This idea has been thrown around for almost as long as the
- 3b1 has existed. The reasons it has not been done are many, (so many in fact that
- I can't remember a single one, but they are there none the less :-).
- I believe that the 3b1 does not have enough virtual space to support BSD, but
- I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

- About all we can do is replace broken programs with fixed ones, one at a time.
- And this too has been going on for as long as the 3b1 has existed.
- You can help, by picking you favorite broken program and finding a better
- replacement, and then telling the rest of us about it.

- Note that mail, news, emacs, perl, cc, yacc, lex, cron, (and many others) have
- already been taken care of. So find something new to fix.
