- What kind of algorithms exist that are capable of
- disguizing the voice of a person?

- I remeber reading once about the LPC speech compression
- algorithm where if the bit rate was reduced enough, then it
- was impossible to identify the talker after decompressing
- the speech. Are there other methods?
