  13. What kind of algorithms exist that are capable of 
  14. disguizing the voice of a person?

  16. I remeber reading once about the LPC speech compression
  17. algorithm where if the bit rate was reduced enough, then it
  18. was impossible to identify the talker after decompressing
  19. the speech. Are there other methods?
