  12. I am a student who is writing her masters thesis about `generalization
  13. in multilayer networks using the NETtalk files for training and
  14. testing'.

  16. In this work I also compare some other systems generating phonemes
  17. and stresses out of text, i.e. NETspeak, NETZSPRECH and DECtalk.

  19. But till now I haven't got any real information about the DECtalk
  20. system, how it works and which kind of research was done with it. I
  21. haven't found any papers or articles concerning DECtalk.

  23. Please, could ANYBODY, who knows something about it, email me which
  24. articles exist about DECtalk, how I can receive them in a very short
  25. time or much better, whether, where and which articles I can get by
  26. ftp. If you have an article about DECtalk in
  27. it-doesn't-matter-what-kind-of-format and can email it to my address,
  28. this will also be appreciated.

  31. down everything before Xmas.
