  23. Conference Center for Science and Technology), and co-sponsored by ACM,

  25. SCS(Singapore), the conference is devoted mainly to the computer professionals 
  26. under 40 worldwide for providing an opportunity for them to communicate 
  27. research achievements. The conference is opened every two years. The 2nd 
  28. conference was held at the Fragrant Hill Hotel in Beijing in July 18 - 20, 
  29. 1991. It was attended by 200 delegates form 12 countries. The proceedings 
  30. of the conference, published by International Academic Publishers,
  31. is about 800 pages.
