  10. I'm looking for a program which will display the contents of a binary
  11. file in a way similar to:

  21. Where OOOO is the offset into the file, HH is hex for each byte and AA...AA
  22. are the printable characters.

  24. The display is common, however, I would also like to be able to edit and
  25. change the values of any byte in the file.
