  31. Problem - A "problem" database manager
  32.  
  33. Problem is a database manager for bug reports and such, meant to be
  34. used in a UNIX environment.  It is written in C++; uses the GNU
  35. Database Management Library (GDBM) for low-level database operations;
  36. and the termcap(3) library for screen comtrol.  An X Windows interface
  37. is being developed.  The basic idea is to provide a central front-end
  38. for managing the various databases of bugs and miscreant behaviour
  39. that a large UNIX site might be interested in tracking, and
  40. facilitating the sharing of this information amongst all interested
  41. parties.
