  14. Does anybody know of source code for a portable multifont text editor?

  16. Since these things generally exist on individual platforms (the Mac
  17. has TextEdit, e.g.), this may just consist of an interface to "native"
  18. tools?  We are trying to write applications that will run under
  19. a variety of windowing systems (Mac, PC/Windows, and X/Motif), so we 
  20. cannot settle for something that is inextricably bound to any single
  21. platform.  Code that has not yet been ported but has been designed to be 
  22. portable would also be of interest.
