  11. I need a program that converts from the pbm formats to the Microsoft
  12. Windows bitmap (.BMP) format.  C source would be best, since I need
  13. to run it on a Sun.

  15. Barring that, if someone can supply documentation about the Windows
  16. bitmap format, I'll try to write a pbm -> bmp convertor.
