  12. I finally bit the bullet and compiled up groff (and gcc and g++ and
  13. bison and libg++).

  15. I have successfully printed ez documents on my HP Laserjet IIP+ with
  16. Pacific Datasystems PostScript.

  20. All the pages are shifted up an inch so no page numbers are visible.

  22. The speculated-about formatcommand/PrintCommand in the FAQ to enable
  23. previewing and printing didn't work.
  24.  
  25. The preview-free command set is the one that I got to work at all.
  26. (Although my postscript filter is different so I don't use lpr -v.)

  28. I have incorporated Nick Williams's changes to tmac.atk and the table of
  29. contents prints perfectly.  It really is too bad that the page numbers
  30. don't!

  32. I am running ATK  5.0.0 from the R5 X tape on a Sun Sparc running
  33. SunOS 4.1.1.  (I know, I should get the updates to Sun OS and ATK, but
  34. I haven't taken the time to bring home the CD's and do the grunt work. 
  35. These revs of the software SHOULD work.)
