  16. It is my understanding that there is a general policy to discourage
  17. the connection of network devices like terminal servers which
  18. do not include some form of login authentication or other means
  19. of accountability.

  21. Can anyone point me to any documents which formalize this restriction? 
  22. While the need for such a policy is painfully clear to me, 
  23. it is not so obvious to others.
