  14. Novice Question: regarding how to edit the Config file for Xntp3.

  21.   Am I correct then in assuming that this flag should only be set if you
  22.   have an actual radio clock hooked up to your machine?   (I'm curious,
  23.   because in the default config file, this flag *is* set, and I would think
  24.   that most sites do *not* have a radio clock, so I'm puzzled as to why it
  25.   would be set by default)
