- Perhaps this is an example of post (US) election and post (Cdn) referendum
- burnout, add to that the umpteen networking shows of October, and these
- guys can really use a break!

- The best free implementation I have heard of was written by some fellows
- at Universita' di Pisa. It's based on GNU TAR and Luigi Rizzo's work
- on WATTCP. Sorry for missing the other credits, I can't seem to find
- any docs.

- If this isn't what you need, Russ Nelson did something of this sort
- with Karn's NOS serveral years ago and put the patches into:
- sun.soe.clarkson.edu : pub/ka9q/diffs.arc
- I don't know if it's still there.
