  18.     I'm looking for the e-mail address for FTP Software Technical Support, if
  19.     it exists.  Judging by their product line and the existence of such
  20.     addresses for other companies (like Borland and Quarterdeck), I suspect
  21.     they do have one.  We just got their 2.1 PC/TCP software, and there isn't
  22.     even so much as a telephone number in their 1000+ page manual.

  28. Actually, the phone number is there, right on the title page (I
  29. checked to be sure :)). But we do have several email addresses which,
  30. if you are in Japan as your address indicates, might be more
  31. convenient. They are support@ftp.com for support questions,
  32. bugs@ftp.com to report undocumented features and info@ftp.com for
  33. product information. In addition to the phone numbers in my .sig, 508
  34. 685 3600 is the direct support line and 508 794 4484 is the support
  35. fax line. Sorry, there is no 800 service, but we also don't have 900
  36. service, so you win some and you lose some.
