  52. Well, QPC did finally respond to me!  As a registered user I was getting 
  53. concerned about product notices, upgrades, bugs, etc.  The address I used was:

  57. The person who replied was Chloe Carter in QPC Product Support ( they are 
  58. sending me an upgrade to version 3.0).  So, keep trying, people.  Keep hope
