- BW-NFS will do this provided that the DOS .EXE file does not
- attempt to read itself. Similarly, *true* windows apps will not run with
- such permissions, as windows reads such .exe's right off the bat.

- not being 100% certain of the capabilities of the new versions
- of the other vendors offerings, i'll let them speak for themselves rather
