  22. If you are using XCOPY to do large recursive copies then you will often
  23. run into problems (not sure if this is the case as the original posting
  24. doesn't contain many details).  The cause of this is the redirector used
  25. to access a remote volume often runs out of internal buffers if the
  26. recursion is too deep.

  28. If that's the case then you're on your own.  I had that problem a while
  29. back using some disk mirroring code I wrote and the answer from the
  30. vendor was "try the new version".  I don't need to say that the problem
  31. didn't go away although we have found one PC on campus on which the
  32. program works.  Try and figure that one out.
