- If you are using XCOPY to do large recursive copies then you will often
- run into problems (not sure if this is the case as the original posting
- doesn't contain many details). The cause of this is the redirector used
- to access a remote volume often runs out of internal buffers if the
- recursion is too deep.

- If that's the case then you're on your own. I had that problem a while
- back using some disk mirroring code I wrote and the answer from the
- vendor was "try the new version". I don't need to say that the problem
- didn't go away although we have found one PC on campus on which the
- program works. Try and figure that one out.
