- I have an original Laserwriter hooked up to an Etherprint. Five macs varying
- from SE to IIci print to it using Asante ethernet cards and Ethertalk phase 2.
- All macs are sporting system 7 printer drivers, although operating systems vary
- between 6.0.8 and 7.0.1. Besides the printer's occasional disappearance from
- our appletalk zone (a bug verified by Dayna), the printer gets locked up with
- the following error:
-
- limitcheck; OffendingCommand: eexec
-
- whereupon the printer must be restarted. This is caused by no specific machine
- or application. This printer was previously localtalked in the same LAN with no
- problems. Is it time for a new printer?
