  57. Don't sweat it - this is a problem with CAP ((I think). We have
  58. the same problem with our SGI box, and I've seen it reported with other
  59. cap users as well. Try removing the papof filter (I think it's papof -
  60. the one that does the banner pages). Then I think you'll find you'll
  61. be OK. You won't get banner pages, but everything else will work.
