  11. We had much the same problem. The Hayes tech people said that you have to boot 
  12. your mac with system 6.03 (YES that's right..6.03.) or older and then run
  13. the manager software. We also had an option of paying $100 for a new ROM
  14. for the Hayes box. Even if you get the Hayes talking to you, it will still
  15. have problems ( it can't see through a Gatorbox for one thing). The
  16. documentation that comes with the Gatorbox has two pages of known problems
  17. with the Hayes Interbridge. Our soluton was to get rid of the things and
  18. replace them with something that works.
