  14. I am getting the following erorr message when trying to execute lwpr
  15. on an Ultrix 4.2 system with CAP 6.0pl125:

  18. open: qe0: Permission denied
  19. NBPInit: DDPOpenSocket error 13
  20. NBP nbpFcn: nbpInit not called

  22. On Suns I usually change the group for /dev/nit to kmem and then set
  23. the sticky bit on the group for each executable I want people to be
  24. able to run (e.g., lwpr, getzones).  I don't know what the equivalent
  25. device name (like /dev/nit) is on Ultrix systems.  This system happens
  26. to be a MicroVAX-II.
