  16. I am not selling anything, just letting you know 
  17. what's here for you.

  19. If you are a software developer, and you are working
  20. on products to run under OS/2, or porting to OS/2,
  21. you should probably know that IBM runs a program in
  22. Canada to help out such developers.  Membership is 
  23. free, and benefits are many (information on OS/2 itself,
  24. IBM products used by developers, early betas, mailings
  25. of useful information for developers)
