- I think the user is probably seeing something like [ACCOUNTS, FREDBLOGGS]
- which is NOT caused by the lack of a user identifier, but by the presence of
- a group identifier - a rightlist entry for [groupnum,*].
- (as far as I can remember without a VAX right here).
