  12. Most have been mailed directly to me.  I have acknowledged
  13. many of the responses but not all.  I do appreciate the
  14. enthusiastic and appropriate help the INFO-VAX readers have
  15. provided.

  17. I had noticed but ignored the fine print about specifying shared
  18. libraries in options files.  Must have been using SunOS "ld" too
  19. long.  Silly me!

  21. What puzzled me was that LINK didn't administer the deserved
  22. beating about specifying a shared image on the command line.
  23. Rather it started complaining about a groked input file.
