  17. IBM is putting a lot of "official" support into CompuServe:  there are 4 forums
  18. (with high traffic), and the WWDAP (World-Wide Developers' Assistance
  19. Program) which is implemented from CIS, I think.  Of course, it's expensive.
  20. Another good source of information is IBMLINK, which is free if you join the
  21. DAP, and has local access in SF, I'm sure.  Call IBM's developer support
