  12. I just found out that memcmp reverses the return value.
  13. It returns -1 when 1 is supposed to return and vice versa.
  14. Has anyone else noticed this, fixed it and is able to
  15. tell me about it?
  16. I could rebuild the memcmp code and replace it in the
  17. library if someone could point me out how to go about, 
  18. since I am rather new at gcc.
