- Hi,
-
- i need the internal structure of extended attributes on FAT-Devices. I want to
- create and access EA's on floppydisks under non-OS/2 operating systems. So i
- don't need OS/2 API's but the description of the sectors in which the EA's
- reside, how they are marked in the fat and linked to the file etc.
-
- Thanx for any hints and pointers.
-
- PS: Someone got an idea, why OS/2 supports long (HPFS) filenames on FAT-Disks
- with the WPS copying only but not with the CMD copy-command?
-
- Ciao,
- Steffen
