  11. I was trying to get GNU GDBM working; it wants an flock() function,
  12. and I don't know where to get one.  I know OS/2 has file locking
  13. functions.  I don't have the library sources, and I don't have native
  14. OS/2 programming docs, so I can't really do anything about it myself.

  16. Is there an flock() function around already?  Could someone literate
  17. in emx (0.8e) gcc (2.2.2) whip one up?  Thanks.
