  17. There is a bug in the SWAPPER.DAT manager which causes the swapper to
  18. grow without bound, eventually causing performance to grind to a crawl
  19. and your swapdisk to get full.  This bug was supposed to be fixed for the
  20. Sevice Pack, but it wasn't (not entirely, at least).  Call up the OS/2
  21. bug-line and mention APAR PJ06511 and see if they can give you any
  22. additional info.
