  28. OS2386.LIB comes with the OS/2 2.0 Toolkit. Do you have that? I believe
  29. it is stated that the Toolkit is a prerequisite for C Set/2 (correct me if
  30. I'm wrong). Anyway, even if it's not a prereq, it is a very good thing to
  31. have when doing 2.0 development.
