I am interested in connecting AS/400 to OS/2 2.0. AS/400 is token ring attached and we have a Communications Manager gateway used for 3270 access. I am told that it is possible to create a virtual drive under OS/2 that will plug seamlessly into the AS/400 with all the usual OS/2 drive capabilities.

  14. Perhaps the gateway is a red herring; as the AS/400 is direct attached. I have no direct experience of AS/400.
